I approach each person with a deep sense of reverence & respect! My primary goal is to create a welcoming environment in which you feel safe, comfortable, and accepted for who you are; this is essential for effective therapy. I view each person as a whole rather than focusing on their isolated parts. While I recognize the individuality & uniqueness of each person’s needs, problems, and concerns, I address issues with the whole person in mind, taking into account all the dimensions of human life: physical, mental, emotional, and relational. My ultimate goal in therapy is to facilitate growth into wholeness & harmonious integration.
My counseling perspective is that we are naturally inclined to heal & fulfill our potential. My approach honors the whole person in their longing for connection, meaning, and depth, as well as their desire for positive change, joy, and a balanced and abundant life. In other words…living life to the fullest.
