• Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in a mental health (LMHC). Clinicians must be fully licensed in the State of New York with experience working with adolescents and/or adults
• Have at least 3-years of counseling experience
• Experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health and substance abuse issues/disorders
• Registered with CAQH and NPI number required. Assistance is provided if you do are not registered with CAQH
• Primary Role for Licensed Mental Health Therapist:
• Responsible for developing comprehensive and unique goal-directed treatment plans that reflect a course of therapeutic intervention to address the needs identified in the assessment
• Maintain a caseload of child, adolescent, adult, couples, or family therapy clients
• Maintaining clinical records and documentation
