Brittany Rathman LMHC

Feeling overwhelmed with a major life change? Whether it’s a difficult pregnancy or postpartum experience, relationship issues, marriage, unexpected changes in work or school or you’ve encountered a traumatic event in your life, you are not alone and you will feel like yourself again. I take a holistic perspective and see the importance of understanding how all aspects of one’s life are impacting how one feels and functions. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and specialize in working with perinatal mood disorders, NICU parents, couples, anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, and trauma. I utilize a strength-based and client-centered approach with treatment tailored to one’s unique needs.

With over 6 years of experience in various mental health roles, I have helped individuals and couples learn to manage and overcome challenging times in their lives. My goal is create a safe environment for us to work together to develop the best version of you by exploring where you’re stuck, recognizing your strengths, identifying what skills are no longer useful to you, and finding skills and techniques that can help you to better cope. I’m here to support you on your journey, wherever you may be!
